Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing Select & Territory Solution Engineering teams

Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver, helping with technical escalations and navigating complex technical solutions

Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE team

Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments, e.g. sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etc

Develop and grow the team’s skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Security or similar from an accredited university

Strong background in IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals

Proven track record in leading high performing sales engineering teams and working closely with sales teams and product teams

Experience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiatives

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic with excellent follow-up and follow-through

Based full-time onsite in our San Mateo office

Preferred

Minimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience preferred
