New Grad, Entry LevelRite Rug Flooring is one of the largest privately owned flooring retailers in America, seeking a motivated Design Consultant for their mobile showrooms. This role involves helping customers with the design and selection of flooring products while building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Conducts sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales and area realtors
Determine customers needs and match appropriately with our products
Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
Take measurements for installation
Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures
Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company vehicle
Must be a self-starter and a people person
Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills
Be able to work independently and problem solve
Be comfortable working with and learning computer systems
Must be eager to learn and to grow!
Preferred
Flooring experience preferred
Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure software
