Responsibilities

Lead the development and upgrades of aerospace systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities

Design and develop these systems

Evolve them with advanced technology solutions

Help lead a varied team of technically competent engineers

Broaden your skillset into areas like model-based design, model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, and technical analyses

Merge technical engineering expertise and model-based engineering to create digital engineering solutions that drive client missions

Required

5+ years of experience with systems engineering activities

2+ years of experience using MBSE tools

1+ years of experience leading engineering teams

Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the life cycle, authoritative lifecycle data, tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Preferred

Experience with supporting engineering tools, including Dassault 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, or STK and CAD tools, including CATIA and SolidWorks

Experience in a Department of Defense aerospace program acquisition office

Experience with conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development

Experience with developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with linked engineering tools

Knowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master's degree in Engineering

SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification

INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification
