Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and system integration issues, escalating as needed
Manage and prioritize multiple client cases while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Conduct product demonstrations and support the sales team through technical presentations and proof of concepts (POCs)
Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that align with their operational needs
Deliver post-implementation support, training, and ongoing technical assistance
Document technical findings, maintain Knowledge Base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for system enhancements or additional solutions
Prepare clear and accurate service or project reports as required
Travel 25-40% is required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales support, or technical consulting roles
Strong technical expertise with Audit and Torque solutions, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, and SPC quality or manufacturing software
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience with project management, implementation planning, and customer onboarding methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including familiarity with documentation or knowledge management tools
Travel 25-40% is required

Preferred

2-4 years of experience in Technical Support or Solution Engineering
Experience with Torque Audit tools and software
Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code development platforms
Knowledge of SPC principles and quality control software
Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
