Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties
Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Qualification

Commercial HVAC maintenanceEPA Universal CertificationBuilding systems knowledgeTechnical trainingCertificationsCustomer service skillsBasic computing skillsCommunication skills

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair
Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus

Preferred

EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
