Responsibilities

Travel to customer facilities to complete service assignments such as equipment installations and commissioning, customer training, and preventative maintenance service tasks
Assist and support customers with troubleshooting and promote a strong information exchange dialog via email, phone, or in-person visits
Complete customer service trip reports and related documentation. Plan and coordinate schedule and travel arrangements

Required

Two years of work experience in a related role (mechanics, welders, electricians, etc)
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
High School diploma or related experience
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
Passion for technology with the desire to learn and advance in a technical environment
An analytical mind with the ability to investigate, understand, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical individuals
