Responsibilities
Prepare for the Property and Casualty licensure examination
Conduct business-to-business solicitations via telephone, email, and other lead sources as well as following up with inquiries
Effectively research leads and identify viable prospects for new business generation
Accurately complete applications, forms, and other essential documents
Maintain CRM and ensure the system has appropriate and up-to-date data
Effectively communicate and support clients and internal staff
Ensure all guidelines, templates, and processes are followed in order to uphold company compliance
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
Candidates must be able to secure a P&C license and agree to a contingent offer letter
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary
Must be capable of following a work schedule and working autonomously
Comfortable working in an office setting, including long periods of sitting
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities are essential
Strong organizational and time management skills are important
