Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated financial statements including footnotes to financial statements and other disclosures
Prepare and review of financial reports and filings with the SEC and other regulatory bodies
Prepare and review annual subsidiary-level financial statements and related audit support
Assist with the preparation and review of internal and external audit requests
Assist with earnings releases and other external communications
Participate in research pertaining to US GAAP and SEC regulatory requirements
Prepare reports and materials for distribution to executive management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
3-5 years of experience at a public accounting firm and/or at a publicly traded firm
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and internal controls
CPA required
Experience with general ledger/consolidations software's
Experience with business intelligence tools
