Director, Aviation Sales and Business Development - US
TrueAero is a global aviation solutions provider specializing in aircraft and engine leasing and asset management. The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for acquiring and developing customer relationships, requiring a strong understanding of the market and customer demand.

Responsibilities
Establish TrueAero as an approved supplier for selected accounts
Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales team
Work cross-functionally with the Leasing team
Generate new opportunities for the purchase of assets, driving the process of modelling & bidding
Ensure inventory sales are aligned with market value
Attend industry conferences and networking events
Maintain high energy, positive attitude, and great sense of humor
Other tasks and projects as directed by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, aviation, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial aviation
Proven sales and business development experience, driving revenue growth
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate)
Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills, able to build a rapport with our clients and present information clearly and persuasively
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
Strategic thinker and problem solver, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions
Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines
