Responsibilities
Provide Tier II support for hardware, software, and network-related issues escalated from Tier I
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV systems, including conference room setups, projectors, digital signage, and video conferencing tools
Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, and email
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the IT knowledge base
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Assist in the setup and support of meetings, presentations, and events requiring AV equipment
Maintain inventory of AV and IT support equipment
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Tier II troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with AV systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Teams, POM, Crestron)
Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
365 End-Point User Experience
AV certification or training is a plus
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools
