Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including physician contracts, payor agreements, and vendor contracts

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions from internal teams

Oversee M&A activity and manage due diligence processes

Develop and maintain compliance materials for operations in multiple jurisdictions

Manage responses to audits and support compliance escalations

Partner with the product team to conduct risk assessments for AI products and new service lines

Manage corporate governance matters

Provide counsel on HR and employment issues, including policy updates, performance management, and litigation

Support credentialing, licensing, and immigration matters
