Sierra Circuits is a manufacturing facility that focuses on electronics assembly. They are seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support the Purchasing department by organizing and maintaining stockroom materials, issuing materials to production, and assisting with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide materials/supplies according travelers/requisition form

Issue MRO and Stock Consumables

MRO and Stock Consumable inventory control

Replenish supplies

Maintain safety and security of all materials, tools, supplies, etc. in stockroom

Receive and inspect incoming materials/supplies and distribute/stock accordingly

Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory levels

Enter/update inventory on purchasing software (ProCim) and/or excel spreadsheet

Perform daily clerical functions: filing, copying, data entry etc

Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors

May be required to operate a forklift as needed

Other duties as assigned
