Responsibilities
Leading three key departments: Credit, Collections, and Legal Collections—ensuring they’re aligned, efficient, and customer-focused
Coaching and developing team members—helping them build skill, confidence, and consistency
Reviewing performance metrics and creating actionable plans to drive improvement
Analyzing trends to improve loan performance, reduce delinquencies, and strengthen portfolio quality
Partnering with leadership to build a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork
Championing process improvement and kaizen, ensuring we constantly evolve and get better every day
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership experience in consumer lending, credit, or collections (3+ years preferred)
Ability to balance compassion with accountability
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Passionate about leading and mentoring people
Experience in developing teams, improving processes, and driving performance through coaching and accountability
