The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in the DTC Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and expense management across various departments.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted business partner within the DTC G&A Departments. Assist with the coordination with different leads to analyze and mitigate risk, find efficiencies, and accurately forecast each department’s PnL. In total there are 10+ Departments including, but not limited to Legal, HR, Accounting and Facilities

Work on business models to manage budgeting/forecasting of the monthly P&L and drive the annual budget and financial plans for DTC G&A Departments

Reconciliation and variance analysis of forecast to actual results. Work with Accounting in preparation for monthly close and analysis of results versus forecast/budget

Expense management, risk analysis and mitigation. Actively monitor expense levers and cost controls, such as headcount assumptions, required to maintain profitability and achieve budgeted profit targets

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or equivalent quantitative roles

Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners

Experience in a highly analytical environment

Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, Cognos TM1 and Oracle Financials a plus
