Senior Analyst - Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Be the subject matter expert for motorcycle industry data
Use statistical techniques to develop scenario analyses to support product strategy and lifecycle management
Design and maintain interactive dashboards for product and market KPIs using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Partner with product managers, marketing, and sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Work closely with data engineering teams to manage key strategic datasets and optimize data pipelines and sources for analytics
Drive efficiency and innovation using AI to push automation and advanced insight
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage and synthesize consumer, retail, and market data from many sources in diverse formats
Experience conducting market and product deep dives to understand and anticipate trends across multiple performance metrics
Demonstrated experience in integrating disparate sources of information into a coherent story aimed at influencing senior leadership decisions
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and query languages (SQL, Spark SQL)
Expertise with BI tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric and analytics software or programming languages (Alteryx, Savant, Python, R, etc.)
Experience with key driver analysis, trend prediction, and other predictive models
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in data science, math, economics, business administration, market research, or other data-intensive field
