They are seeking a detail-oriented Service Writer responsible for coordinating repair orders, scheduling work, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation while communicating with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities
Create and manage work orders, estimates, and invoices
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, costs, and updates
Schedule and coordinate mechanical work and alignments
Order and receive parts; verify accuracy and manage inventory
Operate third-party billing systems (Auto Integrate, Enterprise, Fleetio, etc.)
Support technicians by providing job details, timelines, and parts status
Ensure all repairs, documentation, and billing meet company standards
Qualification
Required
Experience as a service writer, dispatcher, or in automotive/truck service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficiency with repair order software and third-party billing systems
Preferred
Knowledge of parts and labor operations preferred
