Responsibilities
Define and execute brand identity systems across client and in-house projects
Partner with founders, strategists, and researchers to shape positioning and narrative
Lead creative strategy: naming, voice, positioning, tone, and visual narrative
Direct and execute across key touchpoints; digital, motion, print, and social
Guide and mentor other designers, maintaining coherence across work-streams
Present and defend creative work with clarity and strategic grounding
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in brand design, with a clear eye for visual identity, typography and creative direction
Portfolio showing depth in concept and strategic thinking, not just visual polish
Comfort running multiple projects in parallel and working with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma)
Strong written and verbal communication; clarity of thought under pressure
Curiosity about technology, finance, or culture-building at the edges of innovation
Preferred
Studio or agency environment experience is a plus
Motion or 3D familiarity is a plus
