Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by activating zero-share clients and brands, growing advertising revenue against low-share brands, and maintaining currently active clients/brands
Effectively apply Hispanic consumer insights and research resources to build a compelling business case for the target brand
Engage and work closely with targeted brand managers and C-Suite leaders to help them understand the compelling business case and opportunity of Hispanic consumers
Assess target brand needs and help build marketing solutions by leveraging TelevisaUnivision’s capabilities and portfolio
Partner with internal teams to implement sales solutions; Communicate extensively with internal stakeholders, including sales leaders
Develop and service new relationships with key accounts directly and with agencies in partnership with multi-media stakeholders
Prospect potential new clients and build an active pipeline of accounts
Drive new business activations and closely steward active accounts to ensure success and renewals
Stay on top of industry trends and market intelligence on prospect accounts

Required

Bachelor's Degree required or a minimum of 7+ years of marketing/sales experience
Minimum of 4 years of Streaming/OTT, Social, Digital, a/o Audience/Advanced TV
Domain expertise with the Food & Beverage Industry
Established strong relationships/connections with decision-makers within the category
Experience in a sales/business development capacity working directly with high-level decision makers c-suite (i.e. CMOs, CGOs, SVPs, and VPs of Marketing, Brand Managers, and advertising agencies)
Strategic planning experience coupled with strategic mindset that can translate data and build compelling business cases
Experienced at leveraging data and insights to create a compelling business case for a client
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must bring unique strengths in the areas of strategic thinking and analytical capability coupled with business strategy & financial knowledge
Excellent communication skills including strong presentation and client engagement skills with creative and compelling storytelling abilities
Must be willing to work from an office in New York City, other locations depending on the right candidate
Employment/education will be verified
Must be willing to travel
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
