Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Leadership experience in a clinical setting
Ability to design treatment plans based on client needs
Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines
Experience mentoring and leading a clinical team
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate with clinical committees and access resources for clinical excellence
Willingness to undergo a background check
Preferred
Experience in clinical research
Experience presenting at national/international conferences
Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications
Experience with hybrid work schedules
