Responsibilities
Assisting our legal team in preparing corporate immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and other immigration applications
Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager, Team Manager, or Attorney
Qualification
Required
You must be detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multi-task; and possess excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Second or Third year law school student or recent law school graduate awaiting Bar results
Preferred
Some business immigration experience is preferred, but not required
Some government and/or public policy experience is preferred, but not required
