Responsibilities
Lead integration projects connecting MFUSED’s product portfolio with new business partners, licensees, or co-manufacturing facilities
Develop project plans that outline partner deliverables, operational milestones, and quality standards
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partner programs
Manage the go-to-market integration process, aligning product readiness, labeling, and supply chain logistics across state and partner networks
Coordinate technical documentation, product transfer protocols, and validation testing between facilities
Maintain partner status reports, KPIs, and dashboards that track progress and highlight risk areas
Facilitate regular check-ins with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability
Support financial modeling, cost analysis, and scalability assessments for partnership initiatives
Conduct post-launch and post-integration reviews to drive continuous improvement and share learnings across teams
Champion MFUSED’s product integrity, ensuring every partner’s output meets the company’s brand, safety, and compliance standards
Perform other duties, special projects, or cross-departmental assignments as needed to support commercialization and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within CPG, cannabis, or manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and partner relationships
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you know how to lead without authority
Must be U.S.-based and 21+ years old
Willingness to travel to partner or production sites as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of licensing or co-manufacturing processes preferred
PMP certification or equivalent experience a plus
