Responsibilities

Establish rapport with client base and proactively call upon and respond timely to client requests

Enhance the client experience by being accessible and knowledgeable of capabilities and how best to address their situation

Coordinate with other areas of Commerce Trust Company (CTC) and the Bank in facilitating the resolution of client service or deliverables issues

Ensure compliance with all governing documents, trust and bank policies and regulations

Ensure all required administrative due diligence and reviews are completed in a timely manner

Perform other duties as assigned
