Corporate Security Policy & Program Development Specialist
The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Security professional to support their client’s security leadership team. The role involves strengthening governance, enhancing training programs, and building enterprise-wide security capabilities, making a significant impact on organizational security.
Responsibilities
Review, develop, and standardize corporate security policies and procedures
Design and deliver engaging security training programs for employees at all levels
Support enterprise security initiatives in areas such as threat response, insider risk, and counterintelligence awareness
Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure alignment and compliance
Develop communication strategies and materials that promote security awareness across the organization
Track training participation, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements
Provide regular updates and recommendations to security leadership and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience developing and implementing corporate security policies, procedures, and training programs
Strong understanding of enterprise security operations, risk management, and compliance
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
