Responsibilities
Conduct sales for chemical and raw material products; identify and develop new customers; manage existing accounts
Build strong, trust-based relationships; attend meetings and events to maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare quotations and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate deliveries and contracts
Record and monitor sales activities; support customers with samples and product info; report market trends
Attend trade shows and business events; travel domestically and internationally as needed
Coordinate with logistics and accounting teams on shipping, payments, and documentation; ensure on-time delivery and proper record management
Provide accurate order and delivery information; resolve issues; respond promptly to clients and suppliers
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with corporate clients and internal teams
Ability to accurately handle numerical data and basic calculations, and to understand the content of graphs and charts
Ability to interpret contracts and proposals accurately, think flexibly according to the situation, and resolve issues effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create and analyze reports as needed
Must be tactful, mature, and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work pressures successfully
