As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining core components of the platform, directly impacting user experience and helping the team scale to meet growing demand.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features end to end
Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch
Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
Mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as we grow the team from the ground up
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building web-based software products
Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems
Full-stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend
A track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms
Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or on a founding engineering team
Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency
