New Grad, Entry LevelDivaDance is the #1 brand for pop-music inspired dance classes and is seeking a Client Experience Host/Membership Sales to connect with clients and promote membership options. The role involves onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership, and engaging with clients during classes to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
Connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best
Onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership
Posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience
Qualification
Required
Confident and persuasive individual
Ability to connect with clients and hear about their experience
Ability to learn about clients' reasons for coming and how DivaDance can help them reach their goals
Ability to present membership options that fit clients best
Onboarding new members and ensuring they maximize their membership
Posting to social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience
Thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone
Fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence
Desire to make a difference in people's lives
Persuasive, articulate, and confident
Eligible to work in the US
Reliable transportation to the studio in Boston
Preferred
Customer service and/or sales experience
Having a tablet or iPad for this role
