HR Generalist (ONSITE) - Contract
CAIRE Inc. is seeking a temporary HR Generalist focused on various human resource functions. The role involves employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and talent management, requiring a perceptive individual capable of engaging with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities
Acts as an employee relations specialist - Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions
Maintains employee personnel files
Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding employees
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9
Talent Management – partners with leadership to drive employee performance, ensures performance metrics and communications occur on a consistent basis
Updates, monitors and maintains eligible salary adjustments/increases based on three- and six-month and one-year evaluations
Promote/implement HR programs to foster a Best Place to Work Culture
Other duties as assigned to support the HR Team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience
Experience in the administration of benefits and employee relations
Preferred
Human resource experience in this industry
5 to 7 years generalist experience or benefits specialist experience
PHR, SCP SHRM Certification
