Business Development Manager
Steadily Insurance Company is rapidly expanding its Independent Agency channel and is seeking a talented Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard new independent partners, driving growth and strengthening the agency network.

Responsibilities
Expand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
Interview and screen potential agency partners to ensure Steadily’s standards for quality are met and exceeded
Drive strong agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations upfront
Support the growth of our agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets
Collaborate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams to define needs and determine priorities
Qualification
Required
Gifted salesperson with strong presentation skills
Deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem
Strong P&C insurance background
Comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles
Extremely tech savvy
Ability to leverage data and technology to advantage
Ability to handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight
Willingness to work hard to get the job done
