Responsibilities
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output
Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis
Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results
System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred
Strong domain knowledge on Bank Treasury operations especially in Cash Management, banking network maintenance, payments, and liquidity reporting
Familiarity with workings of payment and settlement systems SWIFT, FEDWIRE and RTP systems such as FEDNOW and TCH RTP
Familiarity with various messaging standards such as SWIFT MT/MX, BAI2 will be required
Hands on experience in Treasury Application such as FIS Quantum
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. Should be familiar with common databases such as SQL Server and should be able to write SQL queries to do data analysis
Experience in developing documentation for both Waterfall or Agile SDLC processes and should be able to use tools such as Visio
