Required

3+ years of experience as a design / development engineer

Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or STEM related field is required

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills

Proficient in design control process, development, and commercialization in regulated industry. Ability to appropriately plan and monitor R&D activities. Adjust to scope and timing changes

Application of engineering design process and statistical techniques in product development, such as Design for Six Sigma
