Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience as an Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic engineer
Ability to design, develop and release switch components
Ability to interface with several functional areas
Understanding of customer expectations and Ford requirements
Experience in electrical, mechanical, styling, software, and vehicle-level system performance
