Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to fully grasp current and future hiring requirements
Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define sourcing strategies, and create thoughtful interview processes
Partner with the GTM and G&A leadership teams to ensure consistent internal and external messaging
Optimize Ashby and other recruiting tools to drive an engine-like approach to hiring
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various tools and techniques
Maintain an active talent pool for future needs
Enhance the candidate experience and optimize the efficiency and speed of the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and project management skills with metric driven approach
Experience in a fast-paced environment
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions
Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, analytics and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques
Creative mindset with the ability to build engaging content and initiatives
