Responsibilities
Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
Supporting team members' technical and professional growth through regular feedback, coaching, and goal setting
Building Arch's core offering, including automating lots of human processes
Building out new offerings, enabling technology that could power trillions of dollars of investments
Helping prioritize infrastructure improvements for the engineering infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
Strong technical background in software development
Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative culture
Experience in providing regular feedback, coaching, and goal setting for team members
Proven track record in building core offerings and automating processes
Experience in prioritizing infrastructure improvements
Preferred
Experience in financial technology or related fields
Familiarity with investment management processes
Experience in scaling engineering teams in a fast-growing environment
