Responsibilities
Serve as the lead solution architect across Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro-enabled implementations
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders
Configure the system to support planning logic across demand forecasting, MRP, capacity planning, and ATP
Design and configure advanced artifacts such as alerts, metrics, scorecards, worksheets, and dashboards
Collaborate with integration teams to support data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and testing
Support System Integration Testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
Ensure planning solutions align with operational goals and enable decision agility for the client
Provide functional and technical guidance to internal and client-side teams
Create training content and support enablement programs for end users
Act as a knowledge resource and champion for Kinaxis planning best practices internally at Spinnaker SCA
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills Kinaxis certifications, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role and/or business software consulting role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation of different Kinaxis Rapid Response modules, including Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
Experience designing solutions in Rapid Response and/or Maestro
Hands on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Long term Planning, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, Batch Management, Serial number management with discrete and Process industry
Hands on experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e. Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc
Knowledge and experience of integration of Planning function with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and Costing functions
Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor Certification
Preferred
Experience in both discrete and process manufacturing planning models
Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Planning Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Vendor/Customer Master
A passion for working in customer facing roles and you have great interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
