Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the commercial HVAC sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored HVAC solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize profitability
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC systems and services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management or sales within the HVAC industry
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and solutions
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience
Familiarity with HVAC service contracts and business processes
