CLEARWATER, KANSAS - MECHANICAL ENGINEER - 1st Shift
Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in aerospace manufacturing. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design and machine high-strength structural components for aerospace applications, contributing to a mission that helps the world take flight.

Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with all production, quality, and sales departments
Acquire knowledge to provide roll form technical support in die and fixture designs
Ability to shift priorities based on internal and external customer needs
Regular independent use of 2D and 3D CAD systems (Solidworks, Catia, and AutoCAD) with a high skill level
Promote and practice workplace safety
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of relevant experience working in manufacturing
Good oral and written communication skills
Algebra, Trigonometry, Physics, and Statistical Analysis
Ability to interpret customer drawings, notes, tolerances, and specifications
Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
