Responsibilities
Analyze and define system requirements, objectives, and specifications for assigned projects
Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications in accordance with established standards and methodologies
Prepare detailed technical specifications from which programs are developed and maintained
Develop or modify procedures to solve complex technical problems, taking into account system capacity, operating time, and desired results
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure system functionality, reliability, and compliance with requirements
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to other analysts and programmers
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and user satisfaction
Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members to define requirements and implement system enhancements
Maintain full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or 4 years' equivalent experience)
Proven experience in systems analysis, application design, and software development
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience leading technical teams or managing software development projects
Experience with database management systems and data integration
Knowledge of system architecture, performance optimization, and capacity planning
Familiarity with agile or hybrid development methodologies
