Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage contracts for all vendors
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance
Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for contract renewals and budget alignment
Track spending, identify savings opportunities, and generate cost analysis reports
Negotiate corporate rates and contracts with partners
Maintain a database of preferred vendors and ensure consistent quality and value
Oversee booking processes for employee and guest stays, ensuring alignment with policies
Resolve billing or service issues with hotels promptly
Establish and manage relationships with car rental agencies and transportation vendors
Negotiate contracts and monitor compliance with agreed-upon terms and pricing
Support development and enforcement of corporate travel policies and procedures
Provide guidance to employees on approved vendors and booking practices
Monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare regular reports on travel spending, vendor performance, and utilization trends
Identify opportunities to optimize travel programs and reduce costs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel management, vendor relations, or procurement
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with travel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Knowledge of travel and expense management tools (e.g., Concur, Egencia, SAP Travel)
