Responsibilities
Design and implement robust, scalable integration architecture across SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder
Ensure systems are aligned with business goals, performance benchmarks, and long-term maintainability standards
Define integration strategies for real-time and batch data flows supporting supply planning, operations, and reporting
Lead full lifecycle integration projects—scoping, design, development, testing, and go-live
Coordinate across IT, supply chain, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain a strategic roadmap for scalable, future-ready supply chain systems architecture
Act as the subject matter expert on key platforms, advising internal and external stakeholders on solution design
Translate business needs into technical architecture plans, clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and design options
Deliver high-quality documentation, integration maps, and status reporting for project visibility
Oversee the development and execution of integration testing protocols to validate functionality and performance
Monitor live system performance and initiate optimization plans when needed
Support ongoing system enhancements and lead issue resolution post go-live
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success as a solution expert on large-scale transformational supply chain programs
Proven experience in the supply chain domain with deep understanding of planning, execution, and data integration processes
Expertise in SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder Planning Systems
Experience with modern integration technologies such as middleware, APIs, and ETL frameworks
Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex, multi-system projects
Professional certifications in one or more platforms (SAP, Snowflake, Blue Yonder)
Familiarity with cloud-native services, data lakes, and modern integration architectures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to lead cross-functional teams and influence both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience aligning business objectives with system architectures across multiple supply chain functions
Expertise in integration strategies for large-scale, multi-ERP or hybrid environments
Background in continuous improvement and post-go-live optimization for complex systems
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) or equivalent implementation leadership experience
Experience architecting integrations in a hybrid cloud/on-premise supply chain ecosystem
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices in enterprise IT environments
Hands-on experience improving system performance, uptime, and scalability through continuous integration strategies
Strong business acumen to convert executive priorities into architectural roadmaps
Ability to manage both vendor-delivered and internal development workstreams
