Responsibilities
Research and development of technologies on responsible AI, particularly with a focus on large language models, including but not limited to safety, reasoning, alignment, privacy, robustness
Perform research on responsible AI and collaborate with experts from both academia and industry
Design and perform theoretical analysis of AI algorithms
Qualification
Required
Researchers or PhD students in Machine Learning and other related fields
In-depth understanding of machine learning with rich experiences in relevant fields
Background in large language models, especially post-training or alignment, is preferable
Familiar with at least one popular machine learning framework (e.g., Pytorch, TensorFlow, JAX etc)
Good at communications and prioritizing teamwork
Solid mathematical background and coding ability
Publication at the top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, FAccT, AAAI, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, WWW etc) is a big plus
