Responsibilities
Performs assigned patient care activities and assists nursing team
Observes residents for psychiatric stability, assists residents in meeting their established goals, and coordinates with community support staff and residential services team
Helps residents maintain and improve their housing skills by assisting in meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
Documents care provided as outlined by clinical supervisors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
No Experience
Preferred
Associate's Degree
2-5 years
Long-term care experience
First aid/CPR
CMT
Level One medication Aide
