This role involves financial modeling, pricing strategy, M&A analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business performance reviews
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast
Develop and evaluate pricing models, ensuring strategies align with market conditions and margin goals
Support product commercialization, price optimization, and cost-recovery initiatives to maximize profitability
Support financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A activities
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and other departments to align processes, ensure compliance, and drive company-wide initiatives
Provide analytical support for key business initiatives, acquisitions, and performance improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related role
Experience with M&A due diligence, integration planning, and pricing strategy
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategy
Preferred
Manufacturing or B2B industry experience preferred
BI tools preferred
