Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking a Kinaxis Solution Consultant with expertise in demand and supply planning. The role involves managing client engagements, leading solution delivery efforts, and providing mentorship within the Kinaxis consulting practice.

Responsibilities

Own moderate to large-sized workstreams within Kinaxis consulting engagements

Guide solution configuration, testing, and go-live support across RapidResponse or Maestro modules

Conduct fit/gap analyses, define system architecture, and translate business requirements into functional designs

Lead and document testing efforts including system integration and UAT phases

Support change management, end user training, and post-implementation hypercare

Act as SME for Kinaxis, providing internal mentorship and contributing to Spinnaker SCA’s growing knowledge base

Analyze current state planning systems and processes to assess maturity

Define blueprints and transformation roadmaps for future state designs

Collaborate on scope, roles/responsibilities (RACI), and organizational design

Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed solution specs

Facilitate risk management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting throughout lifecycle

Support deployment, issue triage, and handoff to support teams

Required

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills Kinaxis certifications, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role

7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of business process development and / or APS application support that include but not limited to forecasting, demand planning, and fulfillment

7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of specific knowledge related to the user configuration of Kinaxis

Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environments

Strong written and oral presentation skills

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, knowledge of data analytics toolkits

Willingness to manage extensive travel as dictated by engagement requirements

Preferred

Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, ACPF, Six Sigma

Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, or data integration platforms

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies

Previous consulting experience with Fortune 500 supply chains
