Wealth Manager for a High-Net-Worth Family Office
Barnard is overseeing financial, legal, tax, and administrative affairs for a high-net-worth family and their business ventures. The Family Wealth Manager will coordinate with various professionals to manage financial performance, mitigate risks, and assist with long-term wealth planning.

Responsibilities
Provide accounting and tax services
Prepare business and personal financial statements and quarterly tax estimates
Serve as primary contact and coordinate with legal, tax, and investment advisors to formulate tax strategies and prepare income tax returns
Review strategic investments and assist with long-term wealth planning
Coordinate with attorneys for estate planning and Trust management, including providing administrative services for the Trusts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field required
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial preparation and reporting, income tax, wealth management, investment advisory, high-net-worth family office, or corporate finance
Strong business acumen and investment sense, strategic thinker
The role requires handling highly confidential financial and personal information with high integrity, professionalism, and the utmost privacy
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills
Collaborative and capable of working with multiple professionals concurrently
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFP, CFA
Strong knowledge of investment portfolio strategy and analysis, trust structures, estate planning, private equity, and tax strategy
Ability to provide investment recommendations
