5+ years expSpinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Data Strategy Test Lead to drive data preparation, test data assignment, and conversion strategy as part of migrating clients to new Advanced Supply Chain Planning (APS) solutions. This role will act as a critical liaison between business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and QA teams to understand test scenarios and identify appropriate data requirements
Assign and manage master and transactional data sets needed for functional, integration, and UAT test cases
Create and maintain a data matrix that links test cases to required data conditions and owners
Ensure test data reflects real-world supply chain scenarios across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and procurement
Contribute to the data conversion strategy from legacy systems to the new APS platform
Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) rules in partnership with technical teams
Engage in mock conversion cycles, track data quality metrics, and lead reconciliation efforts between legacy and target systems
Ensure historical and current data are migrated correctly and meet functional requirements
Work closely with data owners and SMEs to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Implement processes to track and resolve data issues discovered during testing or conversion
Maintain version control and documentation of data transformation rules and mapping logic
Act as the data subject matter expert during design workshops, testing, and go-live planning
Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, developers, and test leads to align on data strategy and timelines
Support training and knowledge transfer activities related to data and migration processes
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role
5+ years of experience in supply chain data management, data migration, or enterprise systems implementation
Proven experience in ERP/APS migration projects (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP)
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and master data (materials, locations, BOMs, demand/supply data)
Experience with test data management and QA coordination
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or ETL tools
Preferred
Experience with data tools like Alteryx, Informatica, or Talend
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methods
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
