Senior Staff Product Manager: Externalization

Responsibilities
Learn, fail and succeed fast through rapid iteration and constant customer feedback
Driving breakthrough adoption and measurable value with a heavy focus on data
Advocacy for the value of VEP through strong relationships across the company
Leverage AI to drive Done For You / personalized experiences (at scale) and accelerate development / deployment of new externalization use cases
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management, particularly in externalization or commercialization of technology
Strong communication and influence skills to engage with Senior Leadership
Ability to understand customer needs and merge them with technical capabilities
Experience in developing and executing multi-year roadmaps
Proven track record of driving product market fit through experimentation and data-driven approaches
Strong understanding of measuring efficacy of releases and quantifying value
Ability to build relationships across the company at all levels
Experience leveraging AI for personalized experiences and accelerating development
