Responsibilities

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service related to electrical systems and equipment installed at the project sites

Involved in the electrical drawings, design specifications, and execution of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues

Collaborate with construction teams and other engineers to integrate electrical systems efficiently

Monitor and inspect the installation of electrical systems to ensure quality and safety

Communicate directly with clients to address system concerns and provide technical clarification

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams for repair, replacement, or modification work

Ensure all service activities comply with electrical codes, project standards, and safety regulations

Submit accurate service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related area

Preferred

Good understanding of electrical engineering principles and construction standards
