Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers across backend, infrastructure, and agent development disciplines on client facing projects
Own the end-to-end Agent & Tool rollout with clients, including planning, configuration, testing, & end user rollout
Deliver agentic applications that safely interface with sensitive enterprise data
Interface with the core platform engineering teams, contributing code & tests back to our core North platform as needed for your client
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and customer success teams to ensure deployments align with both client needs and product direction
Troubleshoot & root cause customer issues with their instance of the North platform
Qualification
Required
Have strong experience leading engineering teams, setting direction, and building technical culture
Have shipped production-grade Python and are comfortable working across the stack
Have deep experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments
Are familiar working with applications deployed on Kubernetes
Are customer-obsessed, comfortable engaging directly with enterprise partners to diagnose issues and co-design solutions
You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
