Set up, manage, and tear down the merchandise booth at events and competitions
Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking of popular items
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Engage with fans, members, and families to promote merchandise sales
Manage online merchandise orders when applicable
Maintain the visual appeal and organization of merchandise displays
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage cash and credit transactions accurately
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel and work long hours during the season
Preferred
Experience in retail, sales, or inventory management preferred
