Responsibilities

Set up, operate and maintain multi-spindle automatic screw machines (Acme Gridley) requirements include, but not limited to: setup and operation of machine; changing, setting cams & gears, grinding & setting form tools, shave tools, drills, cutoffs, maintenance, etc

Complete machine changeovers & setup from layout in timely fashion

Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc)

Must be quality conscious

Can effectively train and oversee screw machine operators

Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures

Complete control charts, process paperwork correctly and efficiently

Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Good communication skills and team mentality

Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record

Maintain organized/clean work area

Physically able to perform duties of the job; able to lift 50#
